Mr. Quansah is a seasoned insurance executive with 18 years of solid experience in life insurance distribution and sales leadership. His career began at Quality Life Assurance Company, where he served as a Sales Agent and later as Branch Manager. He subsequently joined Enterprise Life, rising through the ranks as Sales Manager, Branch Manager, and ultimately Regional Sales Manager, demonstrating consistent excellence in performance and team development.

Currently serving as General Manager – Distribution at Pinnacle Life Insurance Company, Mr. Quansah oversees the company’s nationwide distribution strategy, including retail, corporate, microinsurance, and bancassurance channels. His leadership has been instrumental in driving productivity, expanding market presence, and building high-performing sales teams.

He is a Chartered Management Consultant (CMC) – Ghana, Chartered Professional Administrator (ChPA) – Ghana, and International Professional Manager (IPM) – UK. In addition, he holds an International Executive Master’s in Business Administration (IEMBA) from Paris Graduate School of Management, France, equipping him with a global perspective on business and strategic management.
